This guarantee ensures that if you encounter any defects in craftsmanship or experience breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of your purchase, we will provide a free, one-time repair for your piece.
Please note that this guarantee will become void immediately if any user damage is detected, such as water damage, accidental breakage, or missing stones.
