The Grip House, herein referred to as "The Company," offers the following Warranty Statement for our custom cart builds, hereafter known as "the Product".
WARRANTY TERMS
The Company provides a five (5) year warranty on the Product from the point of delivery. The Product is assured to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, excluding tires. The Company's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts which, in The Company's sole discretion, are proven to be defective under normal use and service during the warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
a. Tires, due to their natural susceptibility to wear and tear and possible need for more frequent replacement dependent on the level of usage.
b. Any damage or defect that results from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, or lack of routine maintenance.
c. Damage resulting from the use of unauthorized parts or service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall The Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages resulting from any defect or failure of the Product, even if The Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To avail warranty service, customers are advised to contact The Company's customer service department, providing detailed information on the problem encountered with the Product, including the manner and extent of the Product's use.
GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty Statement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws of The Company's jurisdiction.
This Warranty Statement constitutes the entirety of the warranty terms provided by The Company for the Product, superseding any previous warranties, oral or written, associated with the Product. Any changes, amendments, or modifications to this Warranty Statement will be effective only if documented in writing and released by The Company.
