We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to your order details, shipping address or payment method. If you no longer require your order, please return it to us when it arrives and we will issue you with a refund. 
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please double check the email address you used to place your order and also check your junk/spam folders before contacting us.
If you have placed an order with us, you will receive a second email to confirm when your order has been shipped. Please ensure you have received your shipping confirmation email before contacting us regarding the status of your order.
If you have made a return to us, our team will notify you once we have received your return and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If it has been over 30 days since you posted your return to us, please contact us.
