We’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means we can’t make any changes to your order details, shipping address or payment method. If you no longer require your order, please return it to us when it arrives and we will issue you with a refund.
We are really sorry if your order arrived with you damaged. So we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you, please report it on our page here and our customer care team will be in touch shortly. Please ensure to provide as much detail as possible and attach some photos to prevent any delays.
We can accept the return of an item which has been purchased directly from us within 28 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required when creating a return request.
All items must be in a saleable condition, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any items that have been washed or worn.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the parcel tracking number. If you have not received your parcel tracking details or you have not received your order in the advised timeframe, you can contact our customer care team below who will look into this further for you.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please double check the email address you used to place your order and also check your junk/spam folders before contacting us.
If you have made a return to us, our team will notify you once we have received your return and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If it has been over 30 days since you posted your return to us, please contact us.
