Private 1:1 Session Inquiry


Welcome. Thanks for your interest in exploring what a one on one session looks like with me! I am currently opening my schedule for a few virtual 1:1 spaces.

Consider your current goals. Are they movement based? Strength goals? Injury prevention? Do you need to focus on de-stressing? Are you interested in mindfulness and the spiritual side of yoga?

Your answers to the following will help guide me in better understanding your hopes for your personalized practice.

What does this virtual package look like? 
  • This virtual package includes on boarding emails or a video call to review your hopes and goals; you will then receive (within 5 days) a personalized 30 minute recording to complete at your own pace.
  • Your recorded practice may be a blend of the following: gentle or vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, pilates-yoga blended exercises for functional strength (these could include light weights, resistance bands or pilates ball — depending what props are available to you), breathwork and guided meditation. It is recommended you practice the video 2-3 times a week for 1-2 weeks.
  • Complimentary practice suggestions (these may be in the form of additional movement recommendations, journaling, or restful somatic practices).
  • Two weekly email check ins to address challenges/successes or questions.

    Perhaps you are a beginner on this journey, or seeking new tools, I am more than happy to work with you to create a customized support plan for you.
