Terms and Agreement: By submitting this donation request, I acknowledge and agree that any donated merchandise is provided at the sole discretion of Till I Die and is intended strictly for event activation (not for personal use). I understand that approved donations may include bulk quantities of the same product and may be fulfilled using items from overstock inventory, prior season merchandise, and/or designated donation pool SKUs. I acknowledge that Till I Die does not guarantee mixed assortments, full size runs, customization, or the latest releases/limited drops. I understand that if requested items are unavailable, Till I Die reserves the right to substitute comparable items, provide alternate products of equal or greater total value, and/or adjust quantities to best utilize available inventory, and that all substitutions are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I also acknowledge that shipping costs will be deducted from the total approved donation value—for example, if a $1,500 merch value is approved and shipping costs $200, the total merchandise provided will equal $1,300 in value. I acknowledge that Till I Die requires 4–6 weeks’ advance notice for donation requests to allow adequate time for review, fulfillment, and shipping. I understand that, unless explicitly approved, donations will not include: new or unreleased product drops, limited edition collaborations, items required for active retail/wholesale/e-commerce commitments, or custom/made-to-order items. I agree that donated merchandise may not be resold. I understand that Till I Die reserves the right to decline any donation request for any reason, including but not limited to requests for personal use, misalignment with brand values, inventory constraints, timing limitations, or prior donation commitments. Declined requests may be reconsidered in the future but are not guaranteed. *
