Requirements for the Position:

*Must have reliable form of transportation

Excellent fine motor skills

Ability to follow instructions and handle (constructive) feedback on works completed

JOB DETAILS:

-- Jewelry Production Associate (aka Jewelry Maker): Fluff Hardware is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Jewelry Maker to join our team in handcrafting high-quality, unique pieces that reflect our bold and adventurous brand. This role involves assembling earrings, necklaces, and other accessories with precision and care using a variety of tools and materials. Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with their hands, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior jewelry-making experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and eye for detail.
