Master Compatibility:

• Platinum Cure Silicone: When ordering your dice masters, please confirm with the maker if there are any known compatibility issues with platinum cure silicone. If you're unsure, contact the master maker directly to inquire.


• Your Confirmation: By sending us your masters, you are confirming that there are no known issues that would prevent us from successfully creating a platinum silicone mold.


• Compatibility Issues: If we encounter unexpected curing problems due to compatibility issues, we will be unable to proceed with the mold production. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.

Printing Flaws and Other Issues:

• Quality Assurance: We strive for the highest quality in our dice master polishing services, but there may be instances of printing flaws or other unforeseen issues.


• Master Replacement: If necessary, we may need to replace the dice master to guarantee a high-quality polished product.


• Additional Costs: While master makers often replace flawed dice masters at no cost, we have invested time and effort in sanding and preparing the master for polishing. If a replacement is necessary, an additional invoice will be sent to cover the cost of the associated sanding and preparation.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that your masters are compatible with platinum cure silicone and will not interfere with the curing process, and you understand that additional costs may be incurred if master replacement is required due to printing flaws or other unforeseen issues.
