Free Chassis Skin Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the free chassis skin program. This program is designed to provide buyers an opportunity to send us a new or used chassis plate so we can template it using a digital 3d scanner and in turn, produce a perfect fitting chassis skin for you free of charge. This helps us broaden our inventory of chassis skins to offer the RC community. If you are interested in this program, we'll provide you a UPS shipping label with insurance coverage up to $100.00 as well as a signature confirmation to and from Darkside Studios. When your chassis arrives, we'll email you immediately to let you know. Turn around time for templating is generally 24-72 hours depending on studio work load. Once the template is complete, you can let us know what of our numerous designs you'd like and we'll return the chassis to you with a free set of two skins of your choice for helping us widen our chassis graphics inventory. The entire process is free of charge to you. *Skins offered do not include any add-ons such as confetti, chrome, metallic flake etc. Program is for standard skins in Matte or Gloss Finish. Agreement between Client and Darkside Studio Arts LLC

By choosing to fill out the form on our website and send us their RC chassis plate for templating, the client hereby agrees and acknowledges the terms and conditions of this service. The client understands that this offer is exclusively available to residents of the contiguous 50 United States and that filling out the form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If accepted, we will cover the costs of both to and from shipping via UPS ground, ensuring that the shipment is insured against loss or damage up to a maximum value of 100 USD. The client is informed that the typical turnaround time for our templating service is no more than 72 hours. However, should there be any deviations or updates regarding the timeline, we commit to promptly contacting the client to keep them informed. The client can rest assured that their RC chassis plate will be handled with the utmost care, and no damage will be incurred during the templating process. Upon completion of the service, the chassis plate will be safely returned to the client, along with a complimentary set of chassis graphics of their choice, as a token of our appreciation for choosing our services.
